Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Choosing Accommodation

   • Browse through the available accommodations and select the one that best suits your needs.

2. Request for Quote / Sending a Message

   • Please fill out the Request for Quote or Message field. This is important even if you have already contacted the accommodation provider by phone, as it ensures a written record of the conversation.
   • The message will be sent directly to the accommodation provider, and the online booking data will be stored in our database. In some cases, the travel agency will also be notified about the booking to assist with the process and ensure that all data is available for managing the reservation.

3. Group Booking

   • If you are making a group booking, the travel agency can mediate. Please contact us via the Contact section and request a group offer or accommodation booking service from our travel agency.

4. Confirmation

   • A booking can only be considered final once it has been confirmed in writing by the accommodation provider or the travel agency. If you receive a confirmation by phone, please also request a written confirmation.

5. Cancellation Policy

   • The terms for cancellation and modification of bookings must be agreed directly with the accommodation provider or the travel agency, as they may vary by accommodation.
   • Please ensure you are fully informed about the relevant terms to avoid any inconveniences.

6. Payment

   • The accommodation fee should be settled based on prior arrangements with the accommodation provider, after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure to clarify the payment methods and deadlines in advance.

7. Special Requests

   • If you have special requests (e.g., meals, additional services), please indicate them in the message to the accommodation provider.

8. Contact

   • For any inquiries, modifications, or additional information, please contact the accommodation provider or the travel agency directly.

9. Important Information

   • Please remember that your booking is not valid until it has been confirmed in writing.
   • The terms may vary depending on the accommodation, so always make sure to confirm every detail with the accommodation provider.
